How your listing plan works
- Start your monthly plan. Pay £8.33 securely through Stripe. Your plan covers one property.
- Add your property. After payment, use the “Add your property” button to enter your photos, description, guide price and contact details.
- Respond to guest enquiries. Agree availability, the final price, payment, house rules and cancellation terms directly with each guest. Contractors Stay-Away does not collect accommodation payments or make host payouts.
Monthly payments
£8.33 is charged when you start your plan and automatically each month until cancelled. Twelve payments total £99.96 per property. Each additional property needs its own plan. Manage your plans and payment method in Listing Plans.
If a payment fails
We email you if a monthly payment is declined and make two further attempts, 24 hours apart. If the third attempt fails, the property linked to that plan is hidden from public view until payment succeeds. Your listing details are retained.
Existing listings
Properties already created before the new monthly plans were introduced remain free. The monthly fee applies to new properties.
